Milestone Photography for Babies and Children

The milestones of childhood go by in the blink of an eye. First coos. Sitting up. Walking. So much happens in the first year. Then your babies start to grow and their personality starts to shine through. They know how to be silly, or stubborn, and get this biggest kick out of silly games or songs. Before you know it, they are like a totally different child. They are starting school, losing teeth, and figuring out who they are based on the world around them.

These milestones are all beautiful. They all deserve a place on you wall, your digital picture frame, or your fridge. When my babies were growing, I was lucky to get them to a studio once within that first year. I wish I had prioritized it more. The little things that seem like they will go on forever slowly disappear.

You may be thinking- what if my child doesn’t cooperate? That’s where my experience in working with schools and preschools comes into play. We play games, sing silly songs, and I have little toys and tricks up my sleeve. The one thing that I have learned when photographing children is that I have to be fast. Even an elementary school child may just give me their authentic smile for less than a second. And I am ready to capture it. And while we’re at it, I will also capture the silly faces, the mad faces, and the serious faces. The in between faces are all so authentically your child and deserve a place in your photo gallery.

These sessions in studio and are super quick and easy- I am well versed in lighting and posing so those pieces are already in place to make a photo session seamless. Safety is a top priority, and booking is really easy.

Make these magical memories a reality for your family. Your babies are only little once!
